Since we first purchased and began developing our beautiful flagship Downtown Santa Fe Clinic back in 2016, we’ve received wonderful feedback from Patients about their experiences here. After almost a decade inhabiting this special space, we’ve learned how to improve on excellence.
Now as of January, 2025 we’re back home here featuring these completed improvements:
We’ve installed brand new roofs, and new HVAC systems. We’ve upgraded to state of the art Sierra Pacific metal clad new entryway doors plus all new windows throughout! We removed our old front staircase to replace it with extended roof deck for Providers & Staff plus a new exterior storage closet. We invested in new stucco and new downspout drainage systems. We made interior repairs and improvements, including new bathroom fixtures & increased internal storage to completement our zen environment with optimized Feng Shui. Coming this Summer: We will update our landscaping, and further improve our patient parking lot.
These improvements took time, and we appreciated your patience! Especially in the aftermath of the pandemic, with record low contractor/construction time available. We are delighted to have such a unique medical clinic within the heart of Historic Santa Fe. As most locals know, that came with extended construction timeframes as our coveted building location is also subject to the Historic Districts Review Board.
All visits that used to be at our temporary location near the hospital off St Mike’s drive are now back home at 303 Paseo de Peralta.

We keep evening & weekend appointments available for your busy life. All of our Clinics are ADA/wheelchair accessible. Mountain Spirit welcomes most major NM-based Health Plans, Workers Compensation & Personal Injury MedPay. Our self-pay treatment rates are exceptional given our quality care. We accept many Medicaid/Centennial Care health plans for our Primary Care and Occupational Therapy services. Further, we offer generous Medicaid discounts for most natural medicine services not covered by these programs.
