“Before going into massage school, I worked in customer service and manufacturing. These work experiences provided their fair share of injuries that commonly occur and she experienced first hand. Every step of healing came with massage and self care. I was able to attend and thrive in massage school at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, completed training, and became licensed in Spring of 2012.
I continued working as a massage school instructor before practicing in a few different massage practice settings including: Chiropractic, Spa, and Salon environments.
Nearly a decade of work in the field has allowed me to work with the elderly, athletes, teens, children, outdoor recreational enthusiasts, musicians, small business owners, caregivers… Extraordinary everyday people, who wear their passions on their sleeves (and in their bodies). I love providing work within multiple integrative modalities, in ways that ease the body into comfort and function.
I value communication from my clients in order to assess progress. I know from experience that each individual body has its own puzzle to piece together and no individual treatment is the same. This work has allowed me to see true healing in the community.
I am honored to continue adding to the self-care movement here at Mountain Spirit!”

Personal Background
“I was born and raised here in the Land of Enchantment. Massage and Bodywork has been an interest of mine since I was very young. I loved practicing massage and bodywork before I really knew what it was.
I come from a big family so finding willing participants was an easy feat, and though I didn't know it at the time, I was learning bodywork, and I loved it. I was able to participate in sports, dance music and gaming early on.
My love of music and gaming carried me through high school when I was able to receive my first student massage and that sealed the deal. I knew then that massage would have a huge impact on my life.
Massage continues to be a career that I love.”
