Here are Tips for Your Virtual Visit Success
Here are Tips for making the most of TeleMedicine Virtual Visits here at Mountain Spirit:
1. Block your time and make yourself fully available.
2. Choose a comfortable, private space for your Virtual Visit.
3. Take an early restroom break, soon before your scheduled Virtual Visit time.
4. Use your smart phone / tablet / computer / laptop with built-in camera. Ensure your device is fully charged, or plugged in.
5. Engage the system 5-10 minutes ahead of schedule for optimal focus.
6. Please be patient, you’re in a virtual waiting room. At least you’re welcome to enjoy your own refreshments!
7. Any background noise where you are? Keep your microphone on Mute, except when asked direct questions or actively sharing information.
8. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing (preferably with legs below knees & arms free) to best participate in any Therapeutic Activity / Exercise.
9. Home-based medical equipment, exercise and/or stretching tools are helpful for many of our visits. Have any where you are? Keep it handy for your visit!
