IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT OUR ONLINE SHOP:
* ALL Items purchased on our Shop are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Any purchased yet unredeemed Item (including a completely unused Package), may be gifted in its entirety by the Purchaser, to any person of their choice.
* Any remaining/unused Value for a non-redeemed Product, Service, Treatment, or Package, may be credited back to the Purchaser; then at the Purchaser’s direction may be applied as credit toward the then-current value of any other Product, Service, Treatment, or Package.
* Package discounts are valid ONLY when the ENTIRE package is utilized by a single person.
* If a package is not used in its entirety, the then-current cost of the individual package units are removed from the package price paid, in determining what credit may be applied to the then-current cost of other product(s) or service(s).
* All Package discounts are valid for NO MORE THAN ONE YEAR from the date purchased. After that period of time, the then-current individual cost for the product(s) and/or service(s) are applied to what has already been received, in order to determine the remaining credit available, if any, from the discount package purchased.
*All purchases are 100% Electronic. These Electronic SHOP Items and/or Electronic Gift Certificates are an excellent opportunity to share the gift of Wellness. Even for yourself! Our all-electronic / virtual Gift Certificates are 100% Paper-Free and Card-Free for maximum environmental protection, and may be used for any service or product we offer, now and in the future. Your emailed purchase receipt is the Electronic Gift Certificate. Just forward them to your Recipient’s email address (or print if you so choose). * Whenever there is a sale or discount on any of our products or services, all past purchases (including past packages that currently have remaining value) are NOT eligible to have a refund or credit applied for the customer’s original purchase price of said products or services.

Due to Staffing/Provider shortages brought on by the COVID19 Pandemic, some Services and/or Products may temporarily be available ONLY in Santa Fe, such as: Colon Hydrotherapy, Botanical Facials, SkinPen MicroNeedling, Naprapathy (when available)
Because SkinPen MicroNeedling and Facial treatments require the face to be completely uncovered, with the Practitioner at very close range for extended period of time: During the Covid Global Pandemic / Public Health Emergency, only those Fully Vaccinated qualify to receive these services at our facilities until further notice. This requires at minimum more than 3 weeks since fully vaccinated; Booster if more than 6 months since fully vaccinated; absence of fever or any Covid symptom(s). Thank you for your understanding for these commonsense pandemic prevention policies, designed to protect our Practitioner(s), Patients, Staff, and the Public at large.
